There is famous statement is there; you never tell lies with two people one is lawyer and another one is doctor. This doctor- patient relationship is like user friendly. The relation should be smooth and open. Patients want to tell the problem clearly without any hesitation; like that doctor also gives the good treatment for their patients. There are many diseases are there patient hesitate to tell that he is having this kind of problem because of prestige issue. Doctor only gives a friendly environment to the patient for tells his problem clearly, because it only leads to clear cut solution for that disease. Doctors don’t leak out this problem to others he maintain it like a secret.

Some of the doctor’s blackmail is own patient like tell the secret to others. A patient complaints against the doctor, that he is having a problem in the sexual apparatus, he ask the doctor to maintain this as a secret. But doctor blackmail him, unless you give 200000$ I will break this secret. Now that patient files a case against that doctor, doctor pays a money fine of 200000$. Maintain a secret is the duty of every doctor and patient. Doctor-patient confidentiality and malpractice affects the both. If any fraud things happen between these two people, it makes a severe problem in their life. In our daily life we don’t depend only on money, apart from money many things are there like love, friends etc. Patient all kept their doctors in the range of god, so doctors you need to maintain that reputation.
